Senior Business Analyst (Oracle EBS)

About the role

Coforge is hiring a Senior Business Analyst (Oracle EBS) to work remotely, supporting Finance and Supply Chain ERP implementations. The role covers translating business objectives into functional requirements, documenting processes and leading user acceptance testing.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain and IT stakeholders to understand business objectives and turn them into functional requirements.
• Analyse business processes, identify optimisation opportunities and document requirements, functional specifications, process flows and user stories.
• Support solution design and work with development, testing and support teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead UAT, defect triage, business sign-off, data validation, deployment and post-production support.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Finance and/or Supply Chain functions.
• Strong knowledge of Finance business processes and experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements.
• Experience in cross-functional transformation programs and strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to bridge discussions between business users and technical teams.

Required skills

• Business analysis, requirements management, process mapping and gap analysis.
• Functional design and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Preferred: Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS), P2P, R2R or O2C processes, supply chain operations, financial planning and reporting, finance transformation, testing, data migration and ERP transformation.
