Senior Change Manager - ERP Transformation

About the role

Coforge is hiring a Senior Change Manager (remote) to lead change management for application development, application support and ERP transformation initiatives. The role covers stakeholder engagement, executive communication, training and adoption, with reporting to finance stakeholders at EVP and SVP level. It is open to candidates based in Costa Rica, Peru, Colombia or Mexico.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute change-management strategies for application development, application support and ERP transformation initiatives.
• Assess organizational readiness, stakeholder impact and resistance to change while implementing structured change-management frameworks.
• Design and deliver stakeholder engagement, executive communication, training, awareness and adoption programs.
• Lead post-implementation adoption and stabilization activities and provide updates and recommendations to EVP- and SVP-level Finance stakeholders.

Required profile

• 8+ years of relevant Change Management experience.
• Strong experience in stakeholder engagement and executive communication.
• Experience developing communication plans and training programs.
• Knowledge of post-implementation support and adoption activities.
• Proven ability to implement structured change-management frameworks and drive sustainable adoption.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives, including EVP- and SVP-level stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation, collaboration and influencing skills.
• Experience supporting organizational change throughout the transformation lifecycle.
