Senior Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join Infosys’ Global Managed Services team. The role focuses on incident and problem management for production environments, ensuring rapid triage, coordination, and resolution of issues while supporting infrastructure provisioning and vulnerability remediation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform incident triage and manage NOC bridge coordination for production incidents.
• Hand‑off resolved incidents requiring code changes to the L3/L4 development team.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and problem management for production issues.
• Monitor all production components and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to debug and resolve incidents.
• Implement minor fixes such as configuration updates, credential rotations, and certificate renewals.
• Execute vulnerability remediation through the standard DevOps pipeline.
• Provision infrastructure using Terraform scripts following established SOPs.

Required profile

• 4–10 years of relevant experience in software engineering and cloud operations.
• Proven ability to deliver quality outcomes with minimal supervision.
• Experience guiding junior team members on large‑scale projects.
