Senior Software Engineer

About the role

As a Senior Software Engineer you will own the full product arc from discovery to production, leading client conversations, pressure‑testing decisions, and delivering predictable releases within a structured delivery framework. You will work at an AI‑native consultancy serving regulated industries such as insurance, healthcare, and fintech.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client‑facing discovery calls, sprint reviews, roadmap discussions, and demos.
• Evaluate and pressure‑test product decisions before implementation.
• Scope and deliver work within a structured delivery framework tied to defined business outcomes.
• Build full‑stack applications in TypeScript/JavaScript using Node, React, and Next.js.
• Write and maintain BDD test suites with Cucumber and Gherkin.
• Develop daily on the Anthropic API and Claude Code, including structured outputs, tool use, and agent workflows.
• Manage client relationships proactively with clear communication and zero surprises.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1) or equivalent.
• Deep TypeScript/JavaScript experience with production‑grade architecture.
• Strong AWS expertise (Azure/GCP not a substitute).
• Hands‑on experience with LLM APIs (function calling, streaming, structured outputs, prompt engineering).
• Comfortable leading client calls, demos, and roadmap discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to context‑switch across multiple client projects and technology stacks.
• Disciplined adherence to structured delivery frameworks, PR hygiene, and documentation.
• Full dedication – concurrent formal employment is not compatible.
• Based anywhere in the Americas and available from 9:00 am Eastern time.
