Senior Software Engineer - Rust - Core Services

About the role

Join the Core Engineering team building the backbone of a leading crypto platform. You will design and implement high‑performance Rust services that power critical trading and internal infrastructure, ensuring security, correctness, and long‑term maintainability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Rust services and foundational libraries for core infrastructure.
• Write reusable, testable, and highly efficient code optimized for scale, observability, and operational resilience.
• Collaborate on large‑scale distributed system architecture, creating low‑latency, fault‑tolerant services.
• Debug complex issues across the stack (OS, network, application) autonomously.
• Work closely with product teams to translate requirements into reliable system designs.

Required profile

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proven experience building and scaling shared systems or internal platforms.
• Security‑first mindset when designing systems.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of services.
