Software Engineer - Technical Specialist

About the role

Kyndryl is looking for a Software Engineering Technical Specialist to join its software engineering team. You will work on cutting‑edge products across domains such as security, systems, databases, and networking, providing technical leadership and expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate, deliver, and evolve highly scalable distributed software solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, product managers, and partner teams throughout the agile development lifecycle.
• Continuously groom features and user stories, estimate effort, identify technical risks, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Maintain and reduce technical debt, address vulnerabilities, and keep third‑party components up‑to‑date.
• Coach and mentor engineers on building highly available, secure, and scalable software.
