Solution Architect, Agentic Systems

About the role

We are looking for a Solution Architect specialized in Agentic Systems to design and lead the architecture of multi‑agent AI solutions for enterprise customers. You will shape how LLMs, tools, memory, and orchestration frameworks combine to deliver reliable, adaptive, and compliant AI agents.

Key responsibilities

• Define blueprints for agent workflows, including reasoning loops, tool integration, memory systems and multi‑agent orchestration.
• Design context pipelines using RAG, knowledge graphs, APIs and multi‑tiered memory while managing token usage and cost efficiency.
• Build integration frameworks that connect LLMs, enterprise data sources and observability layers, collaborating with AgentOps engineers for deployment.
• Implement safety guardrails, compliance controls and governance standards for responsible AI.
• Stay current with emerging frameworks (LangGraph, MCP, AgentBridge, A2A messaging) and incorporate them into the architecture strategy.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, systems architecture or enterprise software design.
• Deep knowledge of LLM architectures and agent design patterns, with hands‑on experience in RAG pipelines and vector/knowledge databases.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor engineers and balance trade‑offs between accuracy, cost, latency and compliance.

• Python programming.
• Orchestration frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex.
• Multi‑agent orchestration tools: MCP, A2A messaging, AgentBridge.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure.
• Container orchestration: Kubernetes, Docker.
• Responsible AI and compliance frameworks.
