Solution Architect – Business Transformation & Cloud Architecture

About the role

We are seeking a Solution Architect to lead architecture discussions and define end‑to‑end technology solutions for large‑scale business transformation initiatives in Peru. The role bridges business objectives with technical design, ensuring scalable, secure and resilient solutions across cloud and on‑premise environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture discussions for complex transformation programs and define end‑to‑end architectures aligned with business goals and enterprise standards.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs, roadmaps and governance processes.
• Design and drive cloud‑native and hybrid‑cloud solutions, including deployment architectures on major cloud platforms.
• Lead application modernization efforts such as monolith‑to‑microservices migrations.
• Design integration solutions using APIs, event‑driven patterns, messaging platforms and middleware, and support API management governance.
• Collaborate with business leaders, product owners and technical teams to present architectural solutions and manage risks and dependencies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise architecture and large‑scale digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of cloud deployment models, hybrid‑cloud strategies and application modernization.
• Excellent communication skills to work with stakeholders at all levels.
