Staffing Frontiers Consultant – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Staffing Frontiers Consultant to bridge the gap between client services, sales, and talent acquisition. Working remotely, you will analyze our vetted candidate pool and strategically staff IT business opportunities, ensuring timely delivery and revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Successfully fill openings, select candidates, and meet established deadlines.
• Review and filter the candidate pipeline according to specific parameters and guidelines.
• Maintain and clean job openings to keep them up‑to‑date.
• Communicate effectively with clients, Client Services, and Sales teams throughout the recruitment process.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Proven client‑facing experience within the IT industry.
• Analytical, adaptable, and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Strong business and process orientation.
• Advanced English with articulate and eloquent communication skills.
