Staffing Frontiers Consultant – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Staffing Frontiers Consultant to strategically analyze our vetted candidate pool and staff IT business opportunities. The role bridges Client Services, Sales and Talent Acquisition, ensuring timely placement of qualified professionals for our global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, select, prepare and present candidates to meet client requirements.
• Manage the end‑to‑end vetting process on the client side.
• Maintain and clean the candidate pipeline and open positions according to defined parameters.
• Communicate effectively with clients, Client Services and Sales teams.
• Achieve staffing targets while optimizing time‑to‑market and revenue.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role.
• Proven client‑facing experience within the IT industry.
• Analytical, adaptable and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Strong business and process orientation.
• Advanced English with articulate communication skills.
