Talent Acquisition Intern

About the role

Bechtel’s Talent Acquisition team is seeking a motivated intern to support internal hiring across our Mining & Metals division in Lima. The role blends full‑life‑cycle recruitment tasks with client‑facing interactions, providing hands‑on experience in a global engineering environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Support job posting activities, including reviewing descriptions, preparing requisitions, and publishing roles on internal and external platforms.
• Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system, ensuring data accuracy and proper documentation.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication, follow‑ups, and coordination.

Required profile

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Comfort interacting with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
