Tech Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev® is seeking a Tech Recruiter to join its fully remote, globally distributed team. You will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and placing technical talent across a variety of projects for leading clients such as Google and innovative Silicon Valley startups.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technology positions, from opening to placement.
• Review, filter, and shortlist candidates based on defined parameters.
• Craft candidate summaries and edit resumes to showcase qualifications effectively.
• Coordinate communication with internal hiring teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical recruiting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
