Technical Project Manager - Core Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead cross‑functional engineering initiatives that underpin our core financial infrastructure. The role is fully remote and supports teams across Engineering, Product, IT, Compliance and Security to deliver scalable, secure and high‑performance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end execution of complex, cross‑functional technical projects spanning infrastructure, orchestration, compliance, security, databases and internal tooling.
• Build and maintain project plans, roadmaps, dashboards and release timelines.
• Coordinate teams around strategic priorities, identify dependencies, manage risks and unblock blockers.
• Facilitate meetings, retrospectives, planning sessions and lead large‑scale initiative coordination.
• Track KPIs and project health through metrics and dashboards, iterating reporting for clarity.
• Manage intake workflows for feature requests, support tickets and operational tasks.
• Partner with Engineering Managers, Leads and Product Managers to align requirements and timelines.
• Communicate project status and insights to technical and non‑technical audiences, including executives.
• Collaborate with external vendors ensuring compliance and technical standards.

Required profile

• Strong strategic systems thinking combined with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent cross‑team collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience managing technical projects in fast‑moving, regulated environments such as fintech or crypto.
• Comfortable working fully remote across EU and EST US/LATAM time zones.
