Technical Support Consultant – Remote (Fluent English)

About the role

Join SupportYourApp, a global leader in Intelligent Support‑as‑a‑Service, as a Technical Support Consultant. You will provide high‑quality technical assistance to customers worldwide, working fully remotely in a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding technical support via email and chat.
• Own and triage customer‑reported technical issues.
• Participate in engineering planning sessions to share customer insights.
• Run support retrospectives to surface themes and guide engineering priorities.
• Review and improve AI chatbot responses.
• Maintain and enhance knowledge‑base content.
• Optimize support tools and workflows, primarily using Zendesk and Linear.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level, spoken and written).
• Minimum 1 year proven experience in a technical support role.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical customers.
• Tech‑savvy with strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑oriented attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Reliable PC (≥8 GB RAM) and stable internet (≥50 Mbps down / 40 Mbps up).

Required skills

• Zendesk or similar customer‑support platform.
• Linear or equivalent issue‑tracking system.
• Experience with AI tools to improve support efficiency.
• Ability to interpret logs or structured data (e.g., JSON).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana.
