Young Professional – Business Analyst (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Young Professional Business Analyst to join BairesDev’s global tech team. This remote position offers the chance to support business needs, contribute to solution design, and develop analytical expertise alongside experienced professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis of existing processes.
• Support the creation of functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to bridge business needs with practical solutions.
• Help monitor and track project progress, flagging risks or deviations to senior team members.
• Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations for business decision‑making.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in business analysis, requirements management, or project coordination.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and structured problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable working with data, documentation tools, and collaboration platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
