Young Professional – Learning & Development (Remote)

About the role

Join a global tech leader as a Young Professional in Learning & Development. You will support the design, coordination, and delivery of training initiatives that foster a culture of continuous learning across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives.
• Support the creation of learning materials such as presentations, guides, and e‑learning content.
• Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) by organizing and updating content.
• Collect and analyze participant feedback to help improve learning programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
• Track and report L&D metrics to measure impact and effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in training, talent development, or instructional design.
• Creative, organized, and comfortable using digital tools and learning platforms.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
