Key responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and deploy AI‑based automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage the full program lifecycle, aligning technical deliverables with business goals and timelines.
• Operationalize AI solutions into repeatable, scalable systems while handling cross‑functional dependencies and risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define automation roadmaps and set technical direction.
• Integrate AI tools and workflow orchestration platforms, such as JIRA, with existing systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in technical program management with a focus on AI automation.
• Proven track record of leading AI‑driven workflow orchestration projects.
• Strong experimentation mindset and ability to prototype scalable AI solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
