About the role
We are looking for a bilingual Lead Coordinator & Appointment Setter to become the strategic engine of a top‑tier U.S. real‑estate team operating from our high‑tech hub in San Isidro, Lima. You will be the first point of contact for prospects, qualifying leads and ensuring our North American agents focus on the most ready‑to‑act opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate potential clients based on timeline, motivation and location to deliver high‑quality hand‑offs to the sales team.
- Re‑engage an existing database of contacts via calls, texts and emails to uncover active interest.
- Manage agent calendars by booking qualified meetings and discovery calls.
- Maintain real-time lead dispositions and notes in the CRM.
- Execute persistent outreach cadences to nurture long‑term leads.
- Report daily activity, conversation quality and number of appointments set.
- Represent the executive team professionally when communicating with U.S. partners and customers.
Required profile
- 3+ years of professional experience with at least 2 years in high‑touch lead qualification, appointment setting or business development.
- Advanced English (C1‑C2) and native‑level Spanish fluency.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and handling objections.
- Ability to work on‑site at our San Isidro headquarters.
