About the role
D Prime, a globally recognised online broker, is looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to grow its client base and partnership network in Peru. The role focuses on promoting FX and CFD trading solutions and converting market opportunities into long‑term relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Develop new and existing markets and acquire clients for D Prime’s trading solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, Introducing Brokers (IBs) and affiliates.
- Identify client trading needs and propose suitable brokerage services, platforms and solutions.
- Communicate the company’s value proposition, trading conditions, platforms and partnership programmes.
- Research sales statistics, assess growth opportunities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Dealing, Compliance, Marketing, Support) to ensure high service standards.
- Deliver presentations, webinars and platform demonstrations to prospective partners.
Required profile
- Proven experience in business development or sales within a CFD/Forex brokerage.
- Strong understanding of FX, CFDs and brokerage operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
- Experience managing sales pipelines and CRM systems.
- Existing network of traders, IBs or affiliates is a strong advantage.
- Target‑driven mindset with a track record of meeting KPIs and revenue goals.
- Willingness to travel for partner meetings, expos and industry events.
