About the role

FutureProofing is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to accelerate partnership growth for its AI‑focused engineering teams. The role is fully remote, targeting LATAM and US‑friendly candidates, and involves driving outbound outreach, building trust with founders and investors, and turning conversations into long‑term collaborations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage startup founders, decision‑makers, and investors through strategic outbound outreach.
• Lead high‑impact conversations that uncover value drivers and align FutureProofing’s services with client needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to partnership agreement, ensuring timely follow‑ups.
• Collaborate with internal technical and product teams to translate client requirements into actionable solutions.
• Maintain organized pipelines and reporting to track opportunities and outcomes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in outbound sales, business development, partnerships, recruiting, or client acquisition.
• Proven ability to build relationships quickly with founders and investors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, ambiguous startup environments.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and manage multiple outreach initiatives.
