Consulting Partner – Critical Minerals Commercial Leader (Andean Region)

About the role

ERM is seeking a senior leader to join its Mining and Metals Commercial Leadership Team as a Critical Minerals Commercial Leader for the Andean market. This partner‑level position offers equity ownership and a strategic role in driving growth across Argentina, Peru and Chile.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies to expand ERM’s critical minerals portfolio in the Andean region.
• Lead business development and consulting across all ERM service offerings, securing project backlog and revenue.
• Build and nurture relationships with mining and metals companies, regulators and stakeholders.
• Recruit, mentor and develop the next generation of consulting leaders.
• Collaborate with regional and global service leaders to deliver integrated solutions from concept to closure.

Required profile

• Proven track record in senior commercial or consulting roles within the mining sector.
• Established network with mining and metals companies in Argentina, Peru and/or Chile.
• Strong leadership experience managing multidisciplinary capital projects.
• Ability to influence strategic decisions and drive business growth.
