About the role
Paysafe is looking for a Customer Experience Agent to join its global payments platform. You will work in a hybrid model, supporting customers across iGaming, eCommerce, retail, travel and hospitality sectors. The role focuses on delivering empathetic, efficient, and high‑quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Handle and manage customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Accurately log and categorize cases for proper tracking.
- Follow up on each case until full resolution.
- Monitor payment control tools efficiently.
- Analyze recurring issues and propose improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Required profile
- Graduate of Administration, Accounting or related technical/university programs.
- Knowledge of customer service management, complaint handling and consumer protection regulations.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or related roles.
- Fluent English; ability to work in a hybrid model and rotating shifts.
- Nice to have experience in banking, finance, retail, eCommerce or payments.
Required skills
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
- Proficiency with Windows operating system.
