Customer Experience Agent

About the role

Paysafe is looking for a Customer Experience Agent to join its global payments platform. You will work in a hybrid model, supporting customers across iGaming, eCommerce, retail, travel and hospitality sectors. The role focuses on delivering empathetic, efficient, and high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and manage customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
• Accurately log and categorize cases for proper tracking.
• Follow up on each case until full resolution.
• Monitor payment control tools efficiently.
• Analyze recurring issues and propose improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Required profile

• Graduate of Administration, Accounting or related technical/university programs.
• Knowledge of customer service management, complaint handling and consumer protection regulations.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or related roles.
• Fluent English; ability to work in a hybrid model and rotating shifts.
• Nice to have experience in banking, finance, retail, eCommerce or payments.

Required skills

• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
• Proficiency with Windows operating system.
