About the role
We are looking for a Peru Operations Coordinator to support G Adventures’ customers and internal teams. Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will ensure smooth pre‑tour logistics, handle supplier coordination and communicate clearly with travelers throughout their journey.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and organise pre‑tour information such as welcome letters, boarding passes and service confirmations.
- Monitor Slack trip channels, archive them after trips and ensure all necessary details are shared.
- Assist the Global Sales and Brand teams with logistics and information gathering for travelers before arrival.
- Support product review, new product development and ensure brand representation across the region.
- Track incident reports, liaise with Reservations and CEO Manager, and help resolve issues.
- Coordinate with the Regional Operations Leadership team on operational flow and accuracy.
Required profile
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive problem‑solver comfortable working with internal and external partners.
- Ability to work independently and support a regional operations manager.
