Remote API Developer – AI Code Review

About the role

We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a paid, fully remote AI training program. In this position you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate the quality of AI responses, and create coding challenges that help improve model performance. The work is asynchronous and project‑based, offering flexible hours up to 40 per week.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and best‑practice compliance.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid, senior).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Background in full‑stack, backend, frontend, mobile, or any engineering discipline.

Required skills

• Proficiency in one or more: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
