Remote Legal Intake Specialist – Personal Injury

About the role

LeVar Law is seeking a compassionate Remote Legal Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospective personal injury clients. You will help create a welcoming, professional experience while gathering essential case information.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Collect detailed accident, injury, insurance, and liability information.
• Enter and evaluate potential claims in case‑management and lead‑tracking systems.
• Schedule consultations and maintain attorney calendars.
• Guide clients through onboarding, including intake forms and documentation requests.
• Follow up with prospects and existing clients to ensure a smooth experience.
• Maintain confidential client records in compliance with firm policies.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of customer service, legal intake, or related experience.
• 1‑2 years of non‑retail sales experience.
• Strong communication, calm demeanor, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commitment to confidentiality and professional client service.
