Senior Manager, Global Marketing Operations

About the role

The Senior Manager, Global Marketing Operations will design, govern, and evolve Worldpanel’s global MarTech ecosystem. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this hybrid role leads a team of three specialists and works at the intersection of marketing, sales, data, and technology to drive revenue‑generating campaigns worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and govern the global marketing technology stack, including Marketo, Salesforce, Webflow, Conductor, Goldcast, and LeanData.
• Define integration strategies, data models, lifecycle frameworks, and automation architecture across regions.
• Establish platform governance, access management, compliance standards, and data hygiene protocols.
• Set global campaign architecture standards, lead scoring, segmentation, attribution, and automation workflows.
• Partner with Commercial and Revenue Operations teams to optimize lead routing, funnel velocity, and pipeline contribution.
• Develop a global measurement framework, executive dashboards, and performance analytics to guide investment decisions.

Required profile

• Senior, hands‑on leader with deep expertise in enterprise marketing automation and CRM integration.
• Proven experience managing global MarTech ecosystems and governing data integrity.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and collaborating with commercial stakeholders.
