Spanish AI Content Analyst (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Spanish‑speaking AI Content Analyst to help evaluate a new personalization feature on a leading AI assistant platform. The role is fully remote and involves designing realistic conversational prompts, reviewing AI responses, and assessing how well personal signals are applied.

Key responsibilities

• Design short multi‑turn conversations (1‑5 turns) to test AI personalization behavior.
• Create prompts based on realistic personal scenarios.
• Review AI outputs to verify correct use of personal signals and grounding quality.
• Compare paired responses and rank them on helpfulness, naturalness, and relevance.
• Write clear, structured rationales for each ranking.
• Validate debug information to ensure proper data source usage.
• Maintain workflow hygiene, including deletion of evaluation conversations when required.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in written Spanish (primary evaluation language).
• Experience in AI evaluation, annotation, content review, or analytical research.
• Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Reliable desktop/laptop with stable internet connection.
• Willingness to use a personal Google account and enable personal data sources for evaluation.
