Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring across multiple business functions in Peru. You will work closely with hiring managers to drive end‑to‑end recruitment, build talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for Operations, Commercial, Marketing, Technology, Customer Support, and Corporate roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment guidance.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and direct search.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess technical competence and cultural fit.
• Oversee the recruitment process from intake to offer management, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs in Peru.
• Track recruitment metrics, KPIs, and hiring activity to optimize processes.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Provide market insights and hiring recommendations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to handle several vacancies simultaneously while maintaining quality.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience tracking recruitment KPIs.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in technology, digital, shared services, or fast‑growing international companies is a plus.
