Product Engineer - AI Podcast

About the role

We are looking for a Product Engineer to lead the development of our AI‑first podcast vertical. You will build automated generation pipelines, experiment with AI‑driven editorial formats, and integrate the podcast data into our unified content platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own end‑to‑end podcast generation pipelines (script → voice → edit → publish) using LLM, TTS and audio technologies.
• Drive fast AI‑first editorial experiments, instrumenting formats, hosts, lengths and distribution patterns.
• Extend and maintain shared infrastructure such as content models, job orchestration, posting and analytics.
• Ship MVPs quickly, turning product ideas into production‑ready software.
• Scale successful experiments, ensuring reliability, cost‑efficiency and high‑volume operation.

Required profile

• Proficient in TypeScript and React.js for frontend development.
• Strong Python programming skills for backend services.
• Experience with large language models (LLM) and AI‑driven content pipelines.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Storage (GCS) and cloud‑based data handling.
• Fully fluent English communication.
