Director of Sales – Fintech Payments (Lima, Peru)

About the role

Mamoru, a global fintech payments group, is looking for a results‑driven Director of Sales to lead business development across LATAM, with a focus on Peru. The role combines sales leadership, client acquisition, and partnership development to expand Mamoru’s OTC trading and FX payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and manage a portfolio of institutional and high‑volume clients in fintech and trading.
• Present Mamoru’s OTC trading and FX payment offerings to prospective customers.
• Develop strategic partnerships with trading desks, fintech asset funds, high‑net‑worth individuals, and fintech companies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely trade execution and high client satisfaction.
• Contribute to regional market strategy and expansion initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven sales or business‑development experience in blockchain, financial markets, or fintech.
• Existing active client portfolio in fintech or trading.
• Strong network and relationships within the LATAM fintech and trading ecosystem.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
