About the role
We are seeking an Open Market Sales Manager to lead key‑account growth in the dynamic B2C retail sector for a world‑renowned ICT brand. You will shape market presence, build lasting retail partnerships, and reinforce the brand as premium, fashionable, and technology‑forward.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated business and sales plans in close partnership with Retail, Marketing, GTM, and Supply Chain teams.
- Build and scale sustainable sales growth with key retail accounts.
- Elevate and reinforce the brand across all customer touchpoints and retail collaborations.
- Deliver insightful sales reports, forecasts, and achieve annual revenue, sell‑out, and profit targets.
- Lead product presentations, strengthen key‑account relationships, and monitor market and competitor trends.
- Manage the full sales cycle from pre‑sales to close, preparing winning proposals for key‑account tenders.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of B2C sales experience, preferably in a company with 500+ employees.
- Background in consumer electronics, retail operations, or store retail sales; channel sales experience is a plus.
- Understanding of B2C sales processes and project‑management fundamentals.
- Strong negotiator and communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Resilient, proactive mindset and a drive to exceed targets.
