Missions principales

• Define and implement the commercial strategy for the Modern Trade channel, ensuring full alignment with corporate business objectives.
• Drive sustainable business growth by developing key accounts and optimizing portfolio, pricing, and promotional strategies.
• Maximize sales, profitability, and market share through rigorous monitoring and optimization of promotional investments.
• Ensure brand consistency across all commercial touchpoints and retail executions.
• Co-lead the sales target setting process and maintain seamless alignment with the Sales team.
• Foster excellence by training sales teams and sharing best practices to elevate field execution.
• Guarantee strict compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

• Proven experience in Trade Marketing or Commercial Management, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable commercial strategies.
