Join a global leader in nutrition, health, and wellness to drive the success of our Ice Cream category. As the Trade Marketing Lead, you will be the strategic architect behind our commercial execution within the Modern Trade channel, ensuring our brands stand out and thrive in a competitive market.
Missions principales
- Define and implement the commercial strategy for the Modern Trade channel, ensuring full alignment with corporate business objectives.
- Drive sustainable business growth by developing key accounts and optimizing portfolio, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Maximize sales, profitability, and market share through rigorous monitoring and optimization of promotional investments.
- Ensure brand consistency across all commercial touchpoints and retail executions.
- Co-lead the sales target setting process and maintain seamless alignment with the Sales team.
- Foster excellence by training sales teams and sharing best practices to elevate field execution.
- Guarantee strict compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Profil recherché
- Proven experience in Trade Marketing or Commercial Management, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable commercial strategies.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance).
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution and field excellence.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
