About the role
Unlimit is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand its presence in Peru. You will own the sales pipeline, identify new partnership opportunities, and drive commercial growth for the company’s global financial infrastructure platform.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business by building a strong pipeline of prospective partners and closing deals.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Unlimit’s payment and digital‑asset solutions in the Peruvian market.
- Collaborate with internal product, compliance, and operations teams to deepen product knowledge.
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients and partners for long‑term growth.
- Monitor industry trends, payment‑landscape developments, and emerging technologies.
Required profile
- Seasoned executive with a proven track record in the payments or financial services industry.
- Hunter mindset – proactive in finding and securing new clients.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a results‑driven attitude.
- Passionate, organized, and able to plan methodically.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the payment industry.
