Delivery Director - Remote Work

About the role

We are looking for a Delivery Director to join the Management team and work with multicultural, globally distributed teams. This is an opportunity for proactive, dynamic professionals seeking growth in a fast‑growing tech company.

Key responsibilities

• Direct project management practices using agile methodologies for your portfolio.
• Collaborate with the PMO to execute processes and strategies for your team of Project Managers.
• Ensure consistent HR policies in close collaboration with Px.
• Support delivery managers and project managers, escalating issues to the VP when needed.
• Define global forecasts for the project portfolio.
• Ensure team compliance with established methodologies and processes.
• Work with Account VPs to manage complex client problems.
• Maintain effective, professional, and transparent communication between Project Managers and customers.
• Secure customer and team satisfaction throughout each project.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in project management of software outsourcing, including personnel, time‑and‑materials, and budget responsibilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong budget management skills.
• Experience managing software development teams and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication abilities and previous experience as a Software Engineer.
• Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• Advanced English proficiency.
