Product Engineer

About the role

Resend is looking for a Product Engineer to shape the core product experience of its modern email sending platform. You will work across the stack, blending frontend, backend, design, and user‑experience thinking to deliver high‑quality features for developers.

Key responsibilities

• Build polished, user‑friendly product experiences using TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, trustworthy UI flows.
• Own features end‑to‑end: product thinking, UX details, implementation, instrumentation, launch, and iteration.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and customer success to solve user problems.
• Create debugging and observability tools that help users understand email, webhook, domain, and API request outcomes.
• Engage with users to gather feedback and turn insights into product decisions.
• Raise the bar for performance, accessibility, reliability, and overall product quality.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience building and shipping high‑quality web products.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong product judgment and a passion for developer experience.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear, shippable solutions.
• Low‑ego, collaborative mindset; comfortable working with design, engineering, and customer success.
