Remote Frontend Developer – AI Code Review & Evaluation

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Frontend Developer to join a paid AI training program focused on evaluating and improving AI‑generated code. This flexible, asynchronous position is ideal for software engineers across Latin America who want project‑based work without a fixed schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Create original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience (junior, mid‑level, or senior).
• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, or Rust.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Background in full‑stack, backend, frontend, mobile, or any engineering discipline.
