Senior Mobile Engineer

About the role

Join Tilt Labs, the experimentation hub of Tilt, as a Senior Mobile Engineer. You will shape the next generation of mobile‑first financial products, including AI‑driven experiences like the Financial Assistant chatbot. The role is remote‑first, with occasional company off‑sites.

Key responsibilities

• Own mobile features and experiments from concept through launch and iteration.
• Build and enhance LLM‑enabled experiences on the mobile app, improving engagement and re‑engagement flows.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, data scientists, and backend engineers to turn ideas into functional mobile experiences.
• Instrument experiments, analyze data, and use quantitative signals to guide product decisions.
• Navigate ambiguous product ideas, provide technical judgment, and influence the product roadmap.

Required profile

• 5+ years of mobile engineering experience, primarily on iOS.
• Proven ability to negotiate technical trade‑offs and deliver high‑quality code with minimal supervision.
• Background in growth‑focused, fast‑iteration environments where learning velocity outweighs perfect specifications.
• Strong product instinct and comfort working with intentional ambiguity.
