About the role

We are looking for curious, detail‑oriented individuals to help shape the quality of search engine results and AI‑generated answers. As a Search Quality Evaluator you will work remotely, applying structured rubrics to ensure information presented online is accurate, relevant, and useful.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate search engine results for relevance, accuracy, and overall usefulness.
• Rate AI‑generated answers and content recommendations using structured evaluation rubrics.
• Compare multiple results and rank them by quality and appropriateness.
• Provide clear, concise written explanations to support your ratings.
• Complete task‑based assignments independently at your own pace.
• Cover a broad range of topics, from everyday queries to complex informational requests.

Required profile

• Comfortable using search engines and navigating the web confidently.
• Ability to assess content relevance and quality objectively and consistently.
• Detail‑oriented with a systematic approach to evaluation tasks.
• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Self‑motivated and reliable when working independently.
• No technical, AI, or professional research background required.
