Junior Software Developer – Remote AI Training Role

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Software Developer to join a paid remote AI training program serving Latin America. The role involves reviewing AI‑generated code, rating responses, and creating coding challenges to improve model performance. Work is fully asynchronous and flexible, up to 40 hours per week based on project availability.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and best‑practice compliance.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience (junior, mid‑level, or senior).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Legally authorised to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
