Junior Software Development & Business Development Associate (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Software Development & Business Development Associate to join our remote team. This position blends technical learning with client‑facing activities, offering a fast‑track path toward software engineering, cloud consulting, or technical consulting.

Key responsibilities

• Support lead generation and outreach for software, cloud, and DevOps services.
• Assist technical teams in translating client requirements into solutions.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, technical documentation, and solution summaries.
• Participate in client meetings, discovery calls, and follow‑up activities.
• Maintain CRM records and track business opportunities.
• Support marketing and business development initiatives.
• Assist with software testing, technical research, and proof‑of‑concept activities.

Required profile

• Student, recent graduate, bootcamp graduate, or junior professional in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Basic understanding of software development concepts, web applications, APIs, or databases.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with intermediate English proficiency.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
